The subscription activity log just got a lot more useful. The history timeline on each subscription details page has been redesigned from the ground up — cleaner layout, better grouping by day, and clear badges that show exactly what changed, when it happened, and who made it happen. Clutter removed, signal kept.
What merchants can now do
- See the full subscription history grouped by date — easier to scan, easier to understand at a glance
- Identify status changes instantly with clear labeled badges (Active, Paused, Cancelled, and more)
- Know exactly who took each action — your team via the merchant dashboard, or the subscriber via their portal
- See when the subscription was created as the starting point of the timeline
- Read cancellation reasons and notes left by subscribers directly in the activity log
Why this matters
When a subscriber cancels or something changes on an account, you need to know exactly what happened and who did it — fast. The updated activity log gives merchants a clear, scannable record of every subscription event so support conversations start with context, not confusion.
