Shipping an order early just got smoother. We've upgraded the Ship Now experience in your merchant dashboard — the workflow is now faster, smoother, and more intuitive. Return to your dashboard and see the updated billing and shipping details reflected immediately.
We've also added a new date recalculation option. When you adjust a shipping date, Ongoing can automatically recalculate the next billing and shipping dates for you — or you can override it and set the dates yourself.
What merchants can now do
- Ship an order early and get automatic confirmation when the request goes through
- Return to the dashboard and see updated billing and shipping details immediately
- Let Ongoing automatically recalculate billing and shipping dates based on the new shipping date
- Override the recalculation and set the new dates manually
